Job Description

Urgent Opening for HR Executive in Bhiwandi Location.

Designation: HR Executive

Experience: Mini 4 yrs to 8 yrs

Salary: upto 25K-30K

Location: Bhiwandi

Job Discription

·       Initiate goal deployment process in the organization at the beginning of the financial year.

·       Collect business goals for the year and finalize functional goals through goal cascading exercise, functional goals would be KRA for the HODs.

·       Facilitate preparation of the goal sheet for each role by the HODs of all the departments.

·       Compile baseline data for the KPIs for all the functions and get confirmation on baseline from respective HODs.

·       Facilitate and ensure one-to-one discussion of each employee and reporting Manager for agreement on KPIs, weightage and targets  Collect all finalized & agreed goal sheets and maintain in database.

·       Collate function wise KPIs and define a process to get monthly/quarterly actual performance.

·       Collect monthly/quarterly actual performance data for all the functions and maintain function wise actual KPIs file updated.

·       Sourcing Resumes From Various Job Portals. Reviewing Resumes And Applications.Conducting Recruitment Interviews And Providing The Necessary Inputs During The Hiring Process. Co-Coordinating With Recruitment Agencies To Source For Candidates For Specific Job Positions.

·       Communicating And Explaining The Organization's HR Policies To The Employees.

·       Preparing And Submitting All Relevant HR Letters/Documents/Certificates As Per The Requirement Of Employees In Consultation With The Management.

·       Recording, Maintaining And Monitoring Attendance To Ensure Employee Punctuality.

·       Conducting Employee Orientation And Facilitating Newcomers Joining Formalities.

·       Maintaining And Regularly Updating Master Database (Personal File, Personal Database, Etc.) Of Each Employee.

·       Preparing Letters Such As Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, And Experience & Relieving Letters.

·       Engaging With Employees On A Regular Basis To Understand The Motivation Levels Of People In The Organization.

·       Attendance Management And Leave Management. Assist In Monthly Payroll.

·       Assist With Day To Day Operations Of The HR Functions And Duties.
