Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources, located in Nagpur. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, maintaining employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing overall HR management. The role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of HR activities, addressing employee concerns, and supporting business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
