Job Description

As the successful candidate for this role, you will be responsible for various key aspects of Human Resources management. Your primary duties will include Performance Management, Grievance Handling & Employee Relations, Employee Engagements, Statutory Compliance & HR Policies, as well as HR Operations & Record-Keeping. You will need to ensure that employees are performing at their best by implementing effective Performance Management strategies. Additionally, you will be in charge of handling any grievances that may arise among employees and maintaining positive Employee Relations. Employee Engagements will also be a crucial part of your responsibilities to foster a positive work environment. It will be your duty to ensure that the organization complies with all relevant statutory requirements and HR Policies. Moreover, you will be responsible for managing various HR Operations and maintaining accurate Record-Keeping practices. To be considered for this position, you must hold an MBA/MSW in HR or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office is also required to effectively carry out the responsibilities of this role.,
