Senior Executive - HR

1. Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce needs.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

2. Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Implement and support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Handle employee grievances, resolve issues, and ensure high employee morale.
• Promote a healthy, inclusive, and positive work environment.

3. HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
• Oversee attendance, leave, and time management systems.
• Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with accounts for timely salary disbursements.

4. Performance Management

• Support the performance appraisal cycle.
• Ensure timely completion of reviews and documentation.
• Analyze performance trends and report to management.

5. Statutory Compliance & Policies

• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
• Assist in audits and maintain necessary records.
• Contribute to HR policy development, implementation, and communication.

6. Training & Development

• Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.
• Organize internal and external training programs.
• Maintain training records and feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
