Job Description

Basic Function The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver language training and/or Refresher Trainings employees. The job also includes recommending updates to the training curriculum, gathering TNI; suggesting module changes/ updates and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. The primary interactions would include coaching and mentoring of the associates attending the training apart from periodic reporting of all the above to the Operations owner /Training Manager. Responsibility Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills including creative training techniques and accelerated learning techniques using a variety of training delivery modalities in a classroom/virtual environment. Deliver training to associates and new trainers. Monitor and evaluate trainers and training programs for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement on a monthly basis.
