Job Description

Basic Function The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver language training and/or Refresher Trainings employees. The job also includes recommending updates to the training curriculum, gathering TNI; suggesting module changes/ updates and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. The primary interactions would include coaching and mentoring of the associates attending the training apart from periodic reporting of all the above to the Operations owner /Training Manager. Responsibility Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills including creative training techniques and accelerated learning techniques using a variety of training delivery modalities in a classroom/virtual environment. Deliver training to associates and new trainers. Monitor and evaluate trainers and training programs for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement on a monthly basis. Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards Ensure that the training quality is in compliance with predefined parameters Support business related activities, special projects, run pilot trainings etc. or any other related activity for performance improvement and innovation Soft Skills Required ▪ Should be confident and able to hold the attention of the participants in a training session ▪ Ability to make the sessions participative, lively, interesting and interactive ▪ Clear delivery of information ▪ Coaching and mentoring skills ▪ Presentation and Facilitation Skills ▪ Floor Coverage ▪ Class Management ▪ Eye Contact with the audience ▪ Excellent Communication skills - Speak and communicate clearly, concisely and effectively; listen to, and understand, information and ideas as presented verbally and in writing ▪ Interpersonal Skills ▪ Customer Service Focus ▪ Active listening skills ▪ Good problem-solving skills ▪ Strong troubleshooting skills ▪ Ability to approach problems logically ▪ Should show sufficient flexibility and urgency to handle pressure in a cross-cultural environment. ▪ Should have the drive and maturity to handle all soft skills related training responsibilities ▪ Self-disciplined and result oriented ▪ Team work/ Managing Self / Adaptability ▪ Ability to multi task ▪ Data gathering ability/ Eye for detail
