Senior Executive - Commercial Finance

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Executive - Finance with expertise in Claims Management and a strong understanding of the distribution network, including DB, Sub-DB, Wholesalers, and Super Stockists. The ideal candidate should have excellent Excel skills for reporting and MIS analysis, as well as a solid background in finance to ensure accurate financial assessment and coordination with the sales team. Experience with SAP and DMS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Claims Management: Ensure efficient handling of claims, tracking, verification, and closure of claims in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Distribution Channel Understanding: Deep knowledge of DB, Sub-DB, Wholesalers, and Super Stockist financial processes.
• Financial Analysis & MIS Reporting: Prepare various financial reports, including reconciliation, sales vs. claims reports, and trend analysis.
• Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, etc.) for accurate reporting and financial modelling.
• Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to ensure financial clarity and smooth claim settlements.
• SAP & DMS Knowledge: Maintain financial data accuracy and ensure proper entry and reconciliation in SAP & DMS systems.
• Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure financial processes align with company policies and compliance guidelines.
• Data Validation & Reconciliation: Cross-check financial data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies effectively.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in finance-related roles, preferably in claims management and distribution finance.
• Strong expertise in Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards, etc.).
• Good understanding of MIS reporting and financial analysis.
• Prior experience with SAP & DMS
• Ability to work independently and coordinate efficiently with the sales and finance teams.
• Good analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
