Job Description

Role profile:
The Sr. Executive - Dean of Student Welfare office plays a critical administrative and coordination role in supporting student-centric initiatives and programs at BML Munjal University. This position will serve as a liaison between the Deans office, students, faculty, and other departments, while also helping to manage communication, logistics, documentation, and reporting. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-friendly professional with strong organizational and communication skills. Function: Students Welfare Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential matters. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with data management tools is a plus. Empathetic, student-friendly attitude with a problem-solving mindset. Qualifications: Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred in Education, Management, Psychology, or related fields. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in academic administration, student affairs, or related roles. Prior experience in higher education institutions or student support services is highly desirable. Others:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with data management tools is a plus.
Empathetic, student-friendly attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
