Support Solar Asset Management reporting & routines by providing data from available systems Maintain high availability of plant & grid and high forecasting accuracy. Ensure day ahead planning of site operational activities. Regular update on daily, weekly, monthly generation reports Asset management for Solar asset, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with all contractual terms & conditions Support on-site implementation of defined systems, policies and procedures for effective asset management in line with the Apraava Energy procedures & system. Ensure on-site implementation of Apraava Energy Solar Asset Management systems Ensure to control the HSSE aspects associated with operational activities through established effective use of relevant approved procedures. Adhere to the compliance as specified in the O&M plan, technical scope of work, OEM recommendation and other best practices. Ensuring the compliance as specified in the Apraava Energy HSSE guidelines. Guide and Coordinate with Partner Asset Manager for thorough monitoring of asset ensuring availability of all equipment s and execution of all activities in compliance to terms and conditions specified in O&M Agreement. Ensure conduct of audits with respect to O&M , and HSSE systems as per specified timelines. Support the CSR & sustainability activities at the asset. Carrying out any O&M task, understanding the requirement, , reviewing and double-checking the Permit to Work, certificates submitted by the OMS team. . Supervision of O & M activities being done by OMS team from time to time, to ensure quality of the work pe rformed and reduce mean time between repairs. Monitor asset performance to ensure compliance with approved O & M plan Monitor asset performance; Identify issues, analyse reasons and collaborate with Partner Asset Manager for resolution of the same Ensure timely maintenance and collation of all asset management documents, check lists, safety documents etc and updating of maintenance records in the relevant ERP system. Ensure that documentation management is at all times updated, for future reference and audit preparedness. Monitor compliance of all asset activities with applicable HSSE parameters and policies to drive required standards at work, ensuring smooth plant operations with zero instances of non-compliance Ensure adherence to Apraava Energy HSSE guidelines. Regular checking of HSSE Equipment s and components. Conduct periodic toolbox talks for all asset personnel (including contractors and sub-contractors) to drive awareness and knowledge of Apraava Energy s HSSE policies and procedures Report all HSSE accidents and near misses as per defined timelines; Monitor timely implementation of corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence Ensure compliance to HSSE guidelines for all asset activities; Highlight cases of non-compliance to Apraava Energy and Partner Asset Manager Qualification Mandatory Qualification: B.E/BTech or Diploma Electrical & Electronics Functional Skills Proficient in Solar Asset O&M Operations & Maintenance Techniques Relevant knowledge of High / Medium Voltage Apparatus and Protection Systems Understanding of Contracting and Regulatory frameworks Manpower Handling skills & planning Proficient in Communication and Reporting skills Proficient in Multitasking of tasks Relevant and total years of Experience B.E/BTech or DE Electrical & Electronics: ~ 4-6 years of overall experience in O & M of Solar Plants Proficient in O & M of Solar Assets (> 100 MW)
