Job Description

Job Description: Above 3 yrs experience in Create end-to-end patching process for Customer as per industry best practices, with regular meetings or other learning opportunities provided to Customer at the end of each patching cycle. Documentation and knowledge transfer of support and known issues to Customers Windows 11 OS deployment team members. Troubleshoot the issues related to imaging and fix them along with on-site stakeholders Bring 85%-90% compliance rate on end user machines with respect to patching. Check and confirm Windows 11 image deployment for each region having distribution points enabled with PXE Initiate a roll out for all hardware models (one per each model) and confirm success rate of Windows 10 OS deployment to Customers team.
