Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve incidents promptly and professionally within agreed SLAs.

• Validate scheduled changes during maintenance windows and ensure functionality post-change.

• high availability and minimal disruption

• Proactively monitor infrastructure and application components to improve customer experience.

• Manage AWS resources:

  • Configure load balancer rules, security groups, Route53 entries.

  • Start/stop EC2 instances, manage volumes, VPC/NAT, SSL certificates via ACM.

  • IAM roles, policies, MFA, and perform security audits using AWS Config, Security Hub, Inspector, GuardDuty.

  • Monitor usage and optimize costs using AWS Cost Explorer, Budgets, Trusted Advisor.

• Document and resolve infrastructure issues in BMC Tool.

• SOPs, KT documents, and ITIL-compliant processes
