Job Title: Senior Document Controller

10+ YearsWe are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Document Controller

with over 10 years of expertise to manage and oversee document control functions for large-scale onshore and offshore oil & gas EPC projects. The role requires ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timely distribution of project documentation while leading document control teams and coordinating closely with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of document control, including drawing registers, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
Establish and maintain efficient document control procedures and systems aligned with project and client requirements.
Ensure accurate version control, filing, and retrieval of critical project documents.
Oversee the use of document management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, Documentum) to ensure timely uploads, tracking, and archiving.
Coordinate document transmittals and distribution across multidisciplinary teams and external parties.
Support audits, document reviews, and compliance checks, ensuring full traceability and document integrity.
Mentor and supervise junior document controllers, providing training and guidance.
Liaise with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve document-related issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of document control experience in EPC oil & gas projects (onshore/offshore preferred).
Strong expertise with industry-standard document management systems and project control tools.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
