Key Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Growth:

  Partner with leadership to define and execute the operational strategy aligned with C2treds’ business and revenue goals.

• Sales Operations Excellence:

  Build and optimize sales processes, performance tracking, and forecasting models to enable scalable growth.

• Cross-functional Leadership:

  Collaborate closely with sales, credit, compliance, and tech teams to streamline workflows and enhance customer onboarding efficiency.

• Performance Management:

  Set KPIs, monitor progress, and implement improvement frameworks to ensure operational success and profitability.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead and mentor a team of high-performing professionals; foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Partner with internal and external stakeholders—including regulatory bodies, clients, and senior leadership—to ensure alignment and operational compliance.

• Process & Governance:

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–16 years of experience in

  fintech, B2B sales operations, or consulting

  , with a strong track record in strategic and process-oriented roles.
• Proven experience in

• Strong understanding of

  financial products, RBI/TReDS guidelines

  , and operational frameworks within fintech or BFSI space.
• Excellent

• MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
