o Define and execute the strategic roadmap for global IT infrastructure and managed services.
o Lead digital transformation initiatives across enterprise operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
o Build and evolve a scalable IT operating model for client delivery.
• Global Service Delivery
o Oversee Global Service Desk Operations, ensuring high-quality, responsive support to clients and end users.
o Manage global IT service delivery across systems, networks, and cloud computing environments.
o Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and innovation.
• Technology & Infrastructure Management
o Lead infrastructure modernization efforts including cloud migration, data center transformation, and network optimization.
o Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems and services.
o Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to guide strategic investments.
• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
o Establish and maintain robust IT governance frameworks.
o Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and cybersecurity protocols.
o Mitigate risks through proactive monitoring and incident response strategies.
• Client Engagement & Product Development
o Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and deliver tailored IT solutions.
o Drive product development initiatives that enhance service offerings and client value.
o Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Financial & Vendor Management
o Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
o Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and performance management.
o Optimize sourcing strategies and vendor partnerships.

• 15+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and managed services.
• Proven track record of leading global IT operations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or cloud platform certifications are a plus.
