Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth. The role requires creativity, strong analytical skills, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels.



Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Develop and manage integrated digital campaigns across email, social media, search, and paid channels.
  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring, analysis, and refinement.

Conversion Optimization

  • Create and manage landing pages to improve user experience and maximize conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing content, messaging, and designs.

SEO & Content Marketing

  • Support content strategy through blogs, resources, and other assets aligned with SEO goals.
  • Drive organic growth by managing keyword strategy, backlinks, and on-page SEO practices.

Social Media Marketing

  • Manage the company’s social media presence and community engagement.
  • Create engaging content to build brand visibility and strengthen audience relationships.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics and marketing automation tools.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.

Collaboration & Sales Enablement

  • Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Provide marketing assets, messaging, and data insights to support sales efforts.

Innovation & Best Practices

  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and digital marketing regulations.



Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

·       4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.

·       Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and SEO tools.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.

·       Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
