Your responsibilities will include: - Establishing, implementing, and measuring the effectiveness of budgets across performance marketing channels like Google Ads, Facebook, and classifieds to drive awareness and generate business. - Optimizing ads to achieve the lowest cost per lead on the website and app while maintaining user quality. - Analyzing traffic data, flows, and funnels on a detailed city and category level to identify potential leakages and growth opportunities. - Actively participating in all SEO efforts including On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical aspects. - Managing content on various social media channels such as Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube. - Being hands-on and detail-oriented in analyzing results. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role. - Proven experience in lead generation through performance marketing. - Hands-on experience managing a minimum monthly marketing budget of 1 Lakh. - Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and campaign tracking. - Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO strategies, and social media platforms. - Excellent communication and analytical skills. - Self-driven with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset.
