Role

Our DevOps Engineers play a key role in designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines, creating and optimizing our infrastructure, and developing the applications and services that support and enhance our platform. They also improve our Internal Developer Platform (IDP), ensuring secure, scalable, and seamless deployments to meet the demands of our global operations. Requirements

Required Skills

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Experience using Infrastructure as Code (IAC)
• Skilled in writing and operating applications and services
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiar with GitOps practices and tools, such as ArgoCD or Flux
• Experience in hybrid infrastructure setups (on-prem + cloud)
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, networking, deployments, applications, and performance
• Capable of working independently and taking ownership of assigned projects and tasks
• A proactive, independent mindset with a passion for learning and collaboration
• Knowledgeable in security best practices and able to implement them in a DevOps context

• 5-8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in a DevOps role

Responsibilities

• Automate deployments and build robust CI/CD pipelines to support global workloads
• Improve and maintain our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to ensure security, efficiency, and scalability
• Design, build, and operate applications and services that support infrastructure and cloud environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, networking, deployments, applications, and performance
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and develop expertise in emerging cloud technologies
• Set up and optimize monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes
• Proactively identify and resolve performance, reliability, and security issues
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate SRE best practices into their workflows
• Conduct post-mortems and root cause analyses on incidents

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (a plus)
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or CKAD certification (a plus), Azure Solutions Architect (a plus)
