𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

Looking for an experienced Sr. Developer / Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (CI). The ideal professional will lead design, architecture, and development of scalable customer data solutions that drive personalization, insights, and enterprise-wide customer intelligence.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Lead the architecture, technical design, and implementation of solutions using Dynamics CDP and Customer Insights.

• Build and optimize data ingestion pipelines, including connectors, profiles, unification, segmentation, enrichment, and data governance frameworks.

• Design scalable customer experience and personalization workflows leveraging the CI platform.

• Integrate CDP with various enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, marketing automation, analytics, and cloud platforms.

• Drive end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment and performance optimization.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, cloud engineers, and product owners to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Ensure best practices in data modeling, data quality, privacy compliance, and security.

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for development teams.

• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance across large-scale datasets.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data & Journeys) and Dynamics CDP.

• Expertise in data modeling, identity resolution, profile unification, segmentation, and analytics.

• Hands-on experience with CDP data ingestion, connectors, APIs, and integration frameworks.

• Solid knowledge of Azure ecosystem: Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Azure Synapse, Event Hub, Logic Apps, etc.

• Strong development experience using .NET, Power Platform, JavaScript, or other related technologies.

• Experience integrating Dynamics platforms with CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, and third-party systems.

• Proven ability to work on enterprise-scale architecture and deliver highly scalable solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in leading teams (for Tech Lead / Architect roles).
