Job Description We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with a strong proficiency in Figma to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and communication skills. You will play a pivotal role in understanding business needs, translating them into actionable requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Elicit and Analyze Requirements: Conduct in-depth interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather business requirements. Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and refine requirements. • Create User Stories and User Journeys: Develop clear and concise user stories to guide the development team. Map out user journeys to visualize user experiences and identify pain points. • Design Wireframes and Prototypes: Utilize Figma to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure visual consistency and user experience. • Facilitate Workshops and Meetings: Lead effective workshops and meetings to gather input and align stakeholders. Facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts to ensure project success • Document Business Processes and Requirements: Create detailed process flows, data flows, and functional specifications. Maintain up-to-date documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance.
