Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Designer located in Pune. The Senior Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and innovative designs for various digital marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and content teams, developing design concepts, creating graphics and layouts for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels. The Senior Designer will also ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience in UI/UX design, including wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and branding
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
At least 5 years of professional design experience
