Senior Designer

We’re building our core design team. And we’re looking for someone who wants to build it with us.

We’re looking for a Design Lead / Senior Designer who doesn’t just “do design”, but thinks in systems, stories, and meaning.

This role is for someone who:

• Wants ownership, not just tasks
• Believes design is a way of thinking, not just visuals
• Is excited to build a team, processes, and a design culture from the ground up

What you’ll do:

• Lead design across brands, campaigns, and experiences
• Translate strategy into strong visual systems
• Mentor and grow junior designers over time
• Set design standards, workflows, and quality benchmarks
• Collaborate closely with strategy, content, and business teams
• Be part of shaping what design means at our company

Who you might be:

• 3–6+ years into design (agency / brand / studio experience works)
• Strong in branding, visual systems, and storytelling
• Someone who can both think and execute
• Comfortable giving direction, feedback, and clarity
• Curious, grounded, and open to evolving with the team
• Someone who wants to stay, build, and grow—not just freelance and move on

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
