Role Overview: At Tru Performance, you will play a crucial role as a Senior UI/UX Designer, leading the visual and user experience design efforts to drive high-performance digital outcomes. You will be responsible for translating business objectives into intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically compelling designs. As a design leader, you will mentor and inspire a team of designers to elevate creative standards and contribute to shaping user engagement on various platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement best-in-class UI/UX practices for websites, applications, and digital campaigns. - Conduct heuristic evaluations, usability testing, and design thinking workshops to create data-driven design solutions. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and scalable design systems aligned with user needs and business goals. - Conceptualize and execute mood boards, storyboards, and visual assets to effectively communicate brand and product vision. - Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, branding teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency. - Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to refine design decisions and optimize UX/UI performance. - Manage motion graphics and interactive design elements to enhance user engagement. - Stay updated on UI/UX trends, experiment with AI-driven design tools, and introduce innovative methodologies to enhance creative workflows. - Foster a collaborative team culture, driving design excellence within the organization. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of experience in UI/UX and visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, branding, and user experience. - Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other industry-standard tools. - Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, branding, and accessibility standards. - Experience in user research, usability testing, data-driven design, and heuristic evaluations. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus (but not mandatory). - Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, presenting design concepts effectively.
