Designation

Experience :

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop innovative design concepts for luxury and prestige retail environments, furniture, and promotional displays
Translate brand DNA and marketing strategy into impactful and commercially viable designs
Maintain high standards of aesthetic excellence from concept to execution

Global Collaboration

Act as the primary design liaison with international design teams
Initial 6 to 12 months focus on close collaboration with US-based design & engineering teams
Work with engineering and production teams to ensure technical feasibility and manufacturability

Execution & Visualization

Create photorealistic 3D renderings, sketches, and high-quality client presentations
Explore advanced materials, sustainable technologies, and innovative design methodologies
Contribute to defining design strategy and best practices

Candidate Profile

Exposure to luxury retail, architecture, industrial design, or premium visual merchandising preferred
Strong expertise in 3D tools (Rhino, 3ds Max, or equivalent) and Adobe Creative Suite
Exceptional eye for detail, proportion, and luxury aesthetics
Ability to collaborate in a multicultural, international environment
Based in India and ready for an on-site role in Chakan, Pune
Qualification:
Graduate in Design (NIFT/NID preferred) or equivalent; candidates from NITs will be preferred
