Role: DBA Architect – Azure | ADF | Databricks | Data Fabric

Location: Noida (On-Site)

Experience: 15+ Years

Type: Full-Time / C2C | Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role:

DBA Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms using
Azure (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric)
.
Drive
end-to-end architecture
of enterprise data solutions — from strategy to deployment.
Lead
cloud migration projects
from on-premise to Azure data platforms.
Define best practices, architecture patterns, and governance frameworks.
Collaborate with
data engineers, analysts, DevOps, and business stakeholders
.
Could you make sure that
data security, compliance, and governance
policies are robust?
Optimise data pipelines forperformance, cost efficiency, and reliability
.
Provide
technical leadership & mentorship
to engineers and junior architects.
Stay ahead with emerging trends in
data engineering, AI/ML, and cloud technologies
.

Required Skills & Experience:

15+ years
in data engineering, database technologies, and platform architecture.
3–5 years
in a dedicated
Architect role
on enterprise-scale data projects.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Azure Databricks
Microsoft Data Fabric or equivalent (IBM, Talend, etc.)

Deep understanding of:

Data modelling, warehousing, ETL/ELT
SQL, NoSQL, Big Data
Data governance, security, and compliance standards
CI/CD, pipeline monitoring & cost optimisation on Azure

Nice to Have:

Microsoft Azure Certifications
(e.g., Data Engineer, Solution Architect)
Experience with
Microsoft Fabric
Exposure to
AI/ML in data pipelines
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
