The Data Analyst in this role is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to network topology and infrastructure to support strategic decision-making in co-relating & building the robust data to present from various system of records. The individual will work closely with various product owners and engineering teams, IT teams, network engineering, multiple product owners, and business units to provide insights that meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and efficient. Gather and analyze data related to network, usage patterns, and infrastructure components. Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify gaps, trends, anomalies, and opportunities to relate the data sets. Network and Infrastructure Insights Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into network usage, display the co-related data, and identify the gaps. Provide actionable insights to the product owners, application owners, IT teams to eliminate the dormant business partner connections. Collaboration And Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports. Data Management, Design and Quality Assurance Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by implementing data validation and quality control processes. After the analysis and co-relating the data, design the data model that meets the business needs in developing an application. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes. Documentation and Reporting Create detailed documentation of the application that being built Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders to communicate project status and outcomes. Risk Management And Compliance Identify potential risks associated with application development and share the mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to business partner connections. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in network topology and infrastructure domain. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology computer science or a related field. Proven experience or knowledge in network topology and infrastructure domains. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Knowledge on various network protocols, security practices, infrastructure management tools and the business partner connections. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. Software Development Life Cycle Certifications in data analytics or network management are advantageous. Experience in financial services or a similar industry is preferred. Knowledge in maintaining the 3rd party connections This role is critical in ensuring that JPMC infrastructure is robust, secure, and capable of supporting the organization business objectives.
