Job Description

Purpose of the Role: To gather, process, and analyze data to generate actionable insights that support decision-making across departments such as sales, service, and operations. The Data Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring data integrity, creating dashboards, and automating reports. Collect, clean, and validate data from internal systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) and external sources. Analyze sales, service, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Prepare dashboards and regular performance reports for management and team leaders. Collaborate with sales, service, and finance teams to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency. Support strategic decision-making with insights derived from data models and visualizations. Ensure data security, consistency, and integrity in all reporting. Assist in automation of reports using Excel, Power BI, or other tools. Provide ad-hoc analytical support as requested by leadership.
