About the Role:

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop, automate, and maintain data pipelines using

  Azure Data Factory

  and related Azure services.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports in

  Power BI

  to visualize KPIs and business metrics.
• Use

  Python

  for data manipulation, cleansing, transformation, and advanced analytics.
• Write complex

  SQL

  queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
• Integrate

  Power Automate

  workflows to streamline data-related processes and enhance automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

  Strong experience in analyzing structured and unstructured data and presenting insights through reports and dashboards.

• Azure Data Services:

  Hands-on experience with Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Storage.

• Power BI:

  Proficiency in building and optimizing interactive dashboards, DAX queries, and data models.

• Python:

  Strong scripting and automation skills for data transformation and analysis (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).

• SQL:

  Advanced query writing, data extraction, and performance tuning.

• Power Automate:

  Experience in building automated workflows and integrating with Microsoft 365 and Azure tools.

• Data Governance:

  Understanding of data validation, security, and compliance best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise data systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with

  ETL processes

  and data modeling concepts.
