Senior Customer Success Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Vrinsoft Technology located in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in nurturing lasting relationships with clients and fostering internal team collaboration. Your main responsibility will be managing and expanding a client portfolio, overseeing onboarding processes, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions. You will be the key liaison between client needs and company offerings, ensuring high client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
