Job Summary:

Senior Creative Designer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of creative assets including digital ads, websites, branding materials, presentations, packaging, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and deliver design solutions that meet strategic business goals.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept to completion — including ideation, layout, typography, and final delivery.
  • Supervise or mentor junior designers and provide feedback to support their development.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to ensure innovative and forward-thinking output.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative reviews with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of working with product-based companies (e.g., D2C brands, consumer tech, SaaS, FMCG).
  • Experience creating cohesive design systems for digital products, packaging, and branding.
  • Ability to translate product features into compelling visual stories that drive user engagement.
  • Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Adobe Dimension).
  • Ability to create high-quality product mockups, animations, and prototypes.
  • Understanding of lighting, texture, and composition in 3D environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in a creative/design role, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, product based from brand development to digital campaigns.
  • Product-Based Design Experience

  • Strong 3D Design Capabilities

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design/prototyping tools.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, 3D Design,  responsive design, and modern web/mobile best practices.
  • Excellent visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present work to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with 3D Designing is a plus.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative teams with product, marketing, and development.
