Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Creative Designer located on-site in New Delhi. The Senior Creative Designer will be responsible for leading creative design projects, developing graphics and branding materials, and overseeing web design initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include conceptualizing and executing design projects, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring that all design work aligns with the company's brand and standards.

Qualifications

• Creative Design and Graphic Design skills
• Experience in Graphics and Branding
• Proficiency in Web Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

KPIs

KPIs mentioned below are for all offline, online, experiential, management and beyond related design tasks.

Online - Ads; Meta, Google, Quick Commerce, Amazon, partnership Apps, website & beyond.

Offline - Trade Marketing assets, Crew T Shirts, POSM, FSU, stickers & beyond.

Experiential - Event collaterals, Bar/ cart design, paper cups, aprons, tent card, menu, standee & beyond.

-Study design briefs and determine requirements.

-Schedule projects and define budget constraints.

-Conceptualize visuals/mood boards based on requirements.

-Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.

-Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
