We are seeking a Senior Creative Designer who can lead our design team and deliver top-quality creative work across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative process from concept to execution for campaigns, branding, and design projects.
• Create visually compelling designs for digital media, social platforms, print, packaging, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and marketing teams to translate briefs into strong creative outputs.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior designers within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in advertising, branding, or creative design roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.).
• Good knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Strong conceptual and storytelling ability.
• Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills.
