Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior Creative Designer located on-site in New Delhi. The Senior Creative Designer will be responsible for leading creative design projects, developing graphics and branding materials, and overseeing web design initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include conceptualizing and executing design projects, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring that all design work aligns with the company's brand and standards. Qualifications Creative Design and Graphic Design skills Experience in Graphics and Branding Proficiency in Web Design Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design experience Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work on-site in New Delhi Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field KPIs KPIs mentioned below are for all offline, online, experiential, management and beyond related design tasks. Online - Ads; Meta, Google, Quick Commerce, Amazon, partnership Apps, website & beyond. Offline - Trade Marketing assets, Crew T Shirts, POSM, FSU, stickers & beyond. Experiential - Event collaterals, Bar/ cart design, paper cups, aprons, tent card, menu, standee & beyond. -Study design briefs and determine requirements. -Schedule projects and define budget constraints. -Conceptualize visuals/mood boards based on requirements. -Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. -Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
