✅ 6–8 years of experience in creative design (preferably in D2C/consumer brands).
✅ Strong portfolio across branding, motion, packaging & campaigns.
✅ Hands-on expertise in Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva Pro + AI tools.
✅ Ability to lead teams, mentor juniors & collaborate with marketing partners.
