What you’ll do:

  • Own and execute the

    Joint Business Plan (JBP)

    with Flipkart to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Manage

    Flipkart & Amazon Ads

    (PLA, display, promotions) to boost visibility and conversions.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and recommend actions for growth.
  • Build strong relationships with Flipkart teams and negotiate pricing, margins, and promotional tie-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) for seamless execution.
  • Guide content/catalog teams to optimize listings, A+ content, and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on platform policies, algorithm changes, and marketplace dynamics.


Who you are:

  • Graduate in business/marketing (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience managing a

    Marketplace account with ₹50+ lakh/month sales

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    Ecomm Ads and promotions

    .
  • Data-driven, excellent in Excel/dashboard tools.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and cross-functional coordination skills
  • High ownership, agility, and thrive in fast-paced D2C/e-commerce environments.
