Job Summary

Senior Creative Designer


As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end design projects, developing brand identities, and crafting cohesive visual experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. A strong sense of design aesthetics, mastery of design tools, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities


 Conceptualization & Design


  • Develop original and compelling concepts that align with brand strategy and objectives.


  • Lead the design execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, social media visuals, and brand assets.


  • Maintain a consistent visual language across all materials and channels.



Brand & Visual Strategy


  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and evolve brand assets as needed.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elevate brand identity and storytelling through design.


  • Create mood boards, style guides, and visual templates for campaigns and projects.



Project Management


  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality.


  • Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and design feedback.


  • Coordinate with copywriters, marketers, developers, and external vendors when required.



Digital & Print Design


  • Design for a variety of platforms, including websites, emails, digital ads, presentations, packaging, and print collateral.


  • Prepare final designs for print production and digital implementation.



Creative Collaboration


  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.


  • Interpret creative briefs and translate business needs into visual solutions.


  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to support strategic goals.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.


  • 5–7 years of experience

    in a creative or design role, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.


  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects is a plus).


  • Proficient in design tools like Figma, Canva, Sketch, or similar platforms.


  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work.


  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.


  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.


  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.


  • Motion design or video editing skills are a plus.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with branding or rebranding projects.


  • Familiarity with marketing funnels, social media trends, and performance design.
