We’re now looking for a creative, insightful, and detail-obsessed Copywriter to join our growing content and marketing team. Role Overview: As a Copywriter, you’ll be the voice behind our brand across key customer touchpoints — from product packaging and website banners to Amazon listings, advertising campaigns, and email flows. You’ll be responsible for ensuring consistency, creativity, and clarity in how we communicate our brand story, product benefits, and customer value across platforms. Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Copy (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.): Write SEO-optimized titles, bullet points, and product descriptions that highlight benefits and USPs clearly. Craft A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) with strong headlines, scannable copy, and engaging storytelling. Draft FAQ sections in line with platform and compliance guidelines. Website & Landing Pages: Write compelling copy for homepage banners, product detail pages. Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure clear messaging and strong CTAs across the website. Product Packaging: Create concise, benefit-driven copy for front-of-pack (FOP) and back-of-pack (BOP). Ensure packaging content is compliant with FSSAI/ market regulations while reflecting brand tone. Write ingredient callouts, usage directions, and short descriptions that resonate with the end consumer. Performance Marketing & Ad Copy: Write high-converting static and video ad copies for platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube. Understand different funnel stages (awareness, interest, consideration) and write platform-specific content. Collaborate with the D2C growth team to test hooks, storytelling angles, and new creative formats. Email & WhatsApp Campaigns: Write engaging email journeys: welcome series, educational content, and retention-focused flows. Develop WhatsApp content for product launches, offers, and customer nudges What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in the health, wellness, or D2C space. Strong command over grammar, storytelling, and an ability to adapt tone across platforms. A deep understanding of customer pain points and emotional triggers. Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, performance marketers, product managers, and compliance teams. Familiarity with health & wellness compliance standards is a plus.
