Your Role

As an HR Intern at Rasayanam, you’ll be an integral part of our HR operations, contributing to recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn in a dynamic environment and make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition

  : Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.

• HR Operations

  : Help in maintaining and updating employee records, managing attendance, and assisting in payroll processing.

• Employee Engagement

  : Support in organizing team-building activities and fostering a positive work environment.

• Compliance

  : Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

• Administrative Support

  : Aid in drafting HR documents and reports.

What We're Looking For

• Education

  :

  Master’s degree in Business Administration (HR)

  or a related field from

  Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes in India

  only.

• Tier 1 Colleges

  : IIM-A / IIM-B / IIM-C / IIM-L / IIM-K / XLRI / ISB / FMS-DU / SPJIMR / TISS / MDI / IIFT

• Tier 2 Colleges

  : JBIMS / SIBM / KJ SIMSR / LBSIM / IMT-G / NMIMS / GIM / TAPMI / BIMTECH / WeSchool

• Experience

  :

  0–1 year of experience

  ; relevant internships are highly valued.

• Skills

  : Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems; excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Attributes

  : Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
