We, at Markenzo Worldwide, are looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Copywriter who can craft impactful brand narratives and lead content development across digital, social, and integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who understands modern consumer behavior, digital platforms, and can collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead Creative Development: Interpret creative briefs to develop strong concepts and brand stories that cut through the noise across digital and traditional channels.

 Audience-Centric Research: Conduct thorough research to understand client objectives, audience insights, and industry landscapes, leveraging data to strengthen messaging.

 Multi-Platform Copywriting: Write and edit high-quality content for websites, social media, ad campaigns, emailers, videos, scripts, long-form content, and brand collaterals.

 Social-First Thinking: Create platform-specific, high-engagement content tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

 Brand Identity Creation & Maintenance: Develop, strengthen, and maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication touchpoints.

 Creative Innovation: Raise the creative bar with fresh ideas that drive brand engagement, conversions, and measurable results.

 Tone & Voice Adaptability: Adapt writing style to suit diverse industries, audiences, and brand personalities.

 Campaign Ideation: Work closely with marketing, design, strategy, and client-servicing teams to build integrated campaign ideas and communication strategies.

 Strategic Copy Execution: Translate data insights, creative direction, and brand guidelines into persuasive, impactful copy.

 Trend & Tech Awareness: Stay updated with content trends, digital best practices, AI tools, and competitor strategies to enhance output.

 Team Leadership: Mentor junior writers, review their work, and provide structured feedback to support growth and maintain quality standards.

 Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming, client meetings, and presentations to bring ideas to life with clarity and confidence.

Preferred Skills & Experience

 4–8 years of professional writing experience in advertising, digital marketing, media, or a creative agency.

 Proven experience in creating performance-driven digital content and integrated campaigns.

 Strong understanding of content marketing, social media strategy, and audience behavior.

 Expertise in proofreading, editing, and familiarity with style guides.

 Ability to work with AI-assisted writing and research tools (a plus but not mandatory).

 Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
