Qualifications Master’s Degree in Social Work or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in the Development Sector (including experience in conducting FGD and PRA with rural communities). At least 1 years of dedicated experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), covering data collection, management, analysis, interpretation, and report writing in a social sector organization. Experience in managing an MIS team of at least 5 members. Hands-on experience with SaaS-based M&E platforms for real-time data monitoring, visualization, and reporting. Skills & Expertise Designing M&E frameworks for diverse thematic programs (Energy, Agriculture, Water, Clean Air, Sustainable Mobility, Waste Management). Proficiency in large-scale data management (minimum 15,000 rows & 100 columns) using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and SaaS-based data platforms. Strong data visualization skills, including dashboard creation for real-time MIS. Ability to derive descriptive statistics and insights from large-scale program data. Experience in designing templates and processing data in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Excellent communication skills to present M&E findings in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Key Responsibilities Design & Implement program-specific M&E frameworks and SaaS-based MIS templates aligned with the organization's Theory of Change. Train & Support MIS colleagues and field-level data collectors on data collection, SaaS platform usage, and reporting best practices. Ensure Data Quality through field verification, with travel across 9 states as needed. Manage Organizational MIS for real-time insights and decision-making. Develop Program Dashboards and integrate SaaS-based tools for seamless reporting and monitoring. Conduct Qualitative Process Documentation for diverse programs. Analyze Program Impact against pre-set indicators (Objectives, Outputs, Outcomes, Impacts, and Resource Utilization). Identify Best Practices & Bottlenecks through surveys, interviews, and sustainability assessments. Develop M&E Reports & Insights for stakeholders including community members, government officials (PRI, BDO, District Departments), and internal leadership. Contribute to Programmatic Research by identifying key focus areas for the research team. Preferred Candidate Experience in incubating businesses, developing extensive curricula, and supporting startups. Strong analytical mindset, with a passion for leveraging technology-driven M&E solutions.
