Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:

  Write and edit a wide range of content types, including website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, press releases, award nominations, media articles, sales collateral, email campaigns, ad copies, and social media posts.

• Editorial Oversight:

  Review and edit content produced by other writers, external contributors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure accuracy, clarity, and coherence. Maintain and enforce editorial guidelines, ensuring consistency in brand voice, style, and tone across all written materials.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including subject matter experts (SMEs), marketing, design, and sales teams, to create compelling and visually engaging content.

• Thought Leadership:

  Develop insightful, high-value content focused on industry trends, innovations, and best practices to position QualiZeal as a thought leader in quality engineering and digital transformation.

• Analysis and Optimization:

  Optimize content for search engines and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve measurable results.

• Trend Awareness:

  Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content marketing techniques. Propose and implement innovative content ideas to keep our strategies fresh and effective.

• Strategy Co-Creation:

  Collaborate on the development of content strategies and calendars aligned with overarching business goals.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  8+ years of content writing and editing experience, preferably in technology or related industries.

• Education:

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Writing Excellence:

  Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility in tone and style.

• Tech-Savvy:

  Familiarity with software testing, QA, or tech-related concepts is a significant advantage.

• SEO Knowledge:

  Solid understanding of SEO best practices and tools to optimize content for search visibility.

• Creativity:

  A knack for storytelling and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.

• Project Management:

  Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
