About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Content Strategist to lead multi-channel content programs for agency clients. You will translate commercial goals into measurable content plans, own audience-first messaging frameworks, and partner across SEO, paid media, design and client services to deliver ROI-driven campaigns.Role & Responsibilities

Define and own content strategies and messaging frameworks for multi-channel campaigns (web, blog, social, email, paid) aligned to client KPIs.
Deliver actionable content plans: audience segmentation, editorial calendars, briefs, channel roadmaps and governance documents.
Collaborate with SEO, paid media, UX and creative teams to integrate content into acquisition and retention funnels.
Run content audits and gap analyses to prioritise opportunities for organic growth and conversion lift.
Use analytics (GA4, Search Console, content performance tools) to set targets, measure impact and iterate on content investments.
Mentor and review work of junior content creators, establish editorial standards and streamline content operations.
