Digital Marketing Agency operating in Performance Marketing, Brand Content, and SEO-led growth for B2B and B2C clients. This is an on-site role based in India focused on developing data-driven content programs that grow organic traffic, pipeline, and customer retention.

About The Opportunity

We’re hiring a senior content strategist to lead editorial and SEO-first content programs across owned, earned, and paid channels. You will translate audience insights and search intent into scalable content systems, high-impact briefs, and measurable campaigns that drive commercial results for diverse clients.Role & Responsibilities

Define and own multi-channel content strategies aligned to business KPIs and buyer journeys; translate strategy into prioritized content roadmaps.
Lead content audits, gap analyses and keyword/topic prioritization using search intent and competitive data to identify high-impact opportunities.
Create actionable content briefs, templates, and editorial calendars; coordinate writers, designers, SEO specialists and paid media to execute campaigns.
Optimize content for discoverability and conversion—on-page SEO, structured content, internal linking, and technical recommendations for CMS teams.
Measure content performance with analytics and reporting; use experiments and insights to iterate and scale successful formats.
Establish content governance, style guidelines and best-practice playbooks; mentor junior strategists and drive process improvements.
