Senior Content Strategist

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and own content strategy for client accounts: establish audience segmentation, content pillars, tone of voice, and channel mix aligned to business goals.
  • Create and manage editorial calendars across blogs, social, email, and owned channels; coordinate briefs, deadlines, and cross-functional delivery with creative, SEO, and paid teams.
  • Conduct content audits and gap analyses to prioritise topical coverage and repurposing opportunities; recommend content roadmaps to improve organic visibility and conversion.
  • Lead keyword research and SEO-driven content planning; set on-page optimisation standards and collaborate with SEO specialists to implement technical recommendations.
  • Measure content performance using analytics and reporting frameworks; produce insight-driven reports and optimisation plans to improve CTR, engagement, and lead quality.
  • Mentor and review work from copywriters and content producers; ensure editorial excellence, brand consistency, and scalable content operations across accounts.
