Senior Consultant

Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with strong expertise in end-to-end finance operations to join our team. The role involves managing day-to day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and providing valuable financial insights.

Roles & Responsibilities
 Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities, including General Ledger accounting, accruals, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Handling overall operations related to Procurement to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C).  Managing the execution team and preparing reports as required by CFO. Preparation and monitoring of the Cash Flow Statement and its related tasks. Expense reporting: analyze weekly expenses and report on variances. Checking and Posting of the Ledger entries as required for week-end close.  Monthly preparation of financial statement for review. Performing Balance sheet reconciliation on monthly basis and scrutinize & reconcile the key accounts (e.g., inventory, fixed assets).  Vendor and client account reviews: analyze AP and AR aging reports. Preparation of tax reports & tax returns (BAS - Business Activity Statements). Assist in month-end close: support the finance team in closing accounts.  Preparation of Management reports for the group company. Analysis on the actual vs budget figures and providing with the variance commentary from Actual to Budgets and Current month to previous year same month.  Assist statutory auditors by coordinating, compiling, and providing accurate financial data, schedules, and supporting documentation.

Qualifications:
 Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance (MBA / PGDB). CA-Inter (drop-outs) or Semi-qualified CA. CMA qualified candidates preferred.

Experience:
 Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally supporting SMEs. Experience with International Accounting Standards and tax regulations will be an edge. Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
