Job Details: As a Program Management Trainee at MentorKart®, you will embark on a 6-month journey to gain hands-on experience in program management. During this exciting opportunity, your responsibilities will include: Support Program Manager: Collaborate with and assist the Program Manager in their daily activities related to program management. Mentor Identification: Create a list of suitable mentors for course delivery based on program requirements. Course Development: Contribute to the development and design of course structures and training modules. End-to-End Mentor Coordination: Coordinate with mentors throughout the program's lifecycle, from initial course development to the successful delivery of the course. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that newly launched courses are effectively communicated to our existing user base. Timely Course Execution: Ensure that courses are executed according to the program schedule, meeting established timelines. Student Engagement: Coordinate with enrolled students for program-related communications, sessions, and placement activities.
