Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional with a proven track record in hardware or software sales. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key decision-makers. Market Research and lead Generation Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activities. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management and deal closure. Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and demos tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project delivery. Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B hardware/software sales. Strong knowledge of IT products, solutions, and services. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong networking skills and ability to establish long-term business relationships. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
