Role Overview

Senior Consultant

Your job is to curate, moderate, and manage high-impact roundtables across industries like BFSI, SaaS, Manufacturing, and AI. You’ll work closely with CXOs, brand partners (AWS, Snowflake, Lumiq, etc.), and internal teams to ensure every engagement drives business outcomes and builds mindshare for the Flexi Roundtables ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and drive thought-leadership roundtables end-to-end: from concept and outreach to execution and post-event storytelling.
• Build relationships with CXOs, tech leaders, and policymakers to identify themes, speakers, and opportunities.
• Lead client engagements with brand partners—translating their business goals into compelling event narratives.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and design teams to deliver world-class experiences.
• Moderate sessions with confidence, steering discussions towards insights, not just introductions.
• Track impact metrics (engagement, conversion, repeat sponsorship) to improve the playbook every quarter.
• Mentor associates and analysts in research, outreach, and execution.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in consulting, B2B events, partnerships, or strategic business roles.
• Proven record of handling CXO-level interactions or enterprise partnerships.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
