  : Take end-to-end ownership of specific initiatives—whether that’s a new growth experiment, a customer success project, or a strategic partnership.

  : Continuously audit and raise the bar on customer experience, service delivery, and internal processes.

• A track record of delivering results in customer-facing or operationally heavy roles (could be retail, hospitality, workspace, or business operations).
• Strong commercial instincts—comfortable talking about revenue, costs, and ROI.
• Structured problem-solving with the ability to cut through noise and get to the signal.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills—whether writing a sharp one-pager or leading a client conversation.
• Agility: ability to switch gears quickly between strategy and execution.
