Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for the Founder's Office. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supporting strategic initiatives, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and handling administrative tasks. The role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of the founder’s office, assisting in project management, and contributing to the overall growth and development of Vigoure MMA and Fitness.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Background in fitness, wellness, or sports management is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
