Job Description Vigoure MMA and Fitness is seeking a Telesales Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. As a Telesales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to both potential and current customers. You will showcase and promote VIGOURE MMA and Fitness programs and memberships while also delivering exceptional customer support. Your daily tasks will involve addressing customer queries, highlighting the advantages of our programs, conducting regular follow-ups, and meticulously documenting customer interactions. Key Responsibilities - Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers - Present and sell VIGOURE MMA and Fitness programs and memberships - Provide top-notch customer support - Handle customer inquiries and explain program benefits - Conduct ongoing follow-ups with customers - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions Qualifications - Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills - Excellent Communication and Sales skills - Experience in Training and onboarding customers - Proactive and self-motivated attitude - Ability to work effectively in a team - Previous experience in the fitness industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred,
