Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Ghaziabad. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and addressing inquiries. The role involves maintaining a high level of customer service, supporting clients throughout their purchase journey, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include updating customer information in databases and delivering training on product knowledge when required.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to effectively assist clients and resolve their queries
• Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, to present information clearly and build rapport with customers
• Sales skills to promote products, drive conversions, and meet sales goals
• Training skills to facilitate knowledge sharing about products and services
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software are beneficial
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in telesales or a related customer interaction role is a plus
